veGIFT CARDS LIMITATIONS

-You can only use this veGift Card to make payment at thevegunion.com

-You may not return or cancel your veGift Card after it has been received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a Gift Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Customer Support in the appropriate time frame.

-Gift cards are activated immediately once the recipient has received the code, they do not expire and till the balance amount to SGD0.00

-You may not use a veGift Card to purchase another veGift card. 

-veGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

RISK OF LOSS

-Ownership and risk of loss of veGift Cards pass to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient.

-We are not responsible for loss of code information, stolen code information, or unknown user of order purchase.

HOW TO USE

Purchasing a Gift Card

Select an amount and complete the online form. Include the recipient's name, email address, your name for the recipient or send as anonymous and add an optional message. 

-Please make sure the recipient's email address is filled in correctly and accessible before checking out. 

The virtual veGift Card will be sent to the receiver once your order has been confirmed. You will in turn receive a confirmation email.

How to Redeem

-Enter the code on your veGift Card during checkout and the total of the card will be deducted from your order as payment.

-Un-redeemed balance may keep for your next purchase till the balance amount to SGD 0.00

Please Note:

If the total order amount exceeds your gift card, you will need to pay the outstanding balance using a debit or credit card.

 

REASONS FOR FAILED DELIVERY OF ONLINE GIFT CARDS

Virtual veGift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Online veGift Card has not been viewed or received within 7 working days or a reasonable standard working period.

Following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

• Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder

• The recipient's firewall blocked the email

• Email inbox is over size limit

• Invalid email address

If a spam filter is blocking thevegunion@gmail.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that emails coming from "thevegunion@gmail.com"  are not considered spam.

If you need further assistance, contact Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

 

PERSONALIZED MESSAGING

If you wish to add a personal message to veGift Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process.

Personal messages are limited in length indicated on the message input box. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message.

We don't read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them.

veGift Card prohibitions

You must not in any circumstance:

 

• use your Gift Card for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• use your Gift Card as payment for orders placed for commercial reasons (i.e. sourcing inventory online). That is, you may not use your Gift Card to fulfill sales or fund purchases that you are making with the intent of reselling or exporting the goods or services

• sell or exchange veGift Card for cash or for any other prepaid payment instrument

• purchase veGift Card from an unauthorized third party

• claim veGift Card to thevegunion.com if you are not the intended recipient

The lists of limitations and prohibitions above are not intended to be complete or exhaustive. Engaging in any activity that, in our sole discretion, disrupts, or is harmful to our customers, reputation, goodwill, business, or operations is prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited activities, or using your veGift Card in violation of our veGift Card Terms and Conditions, may result in our taking action(s) against you, including, but not limited to, or revoking your Gift Card, consistent with our veGift Card Terms and Conditions.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THEVEGUNION.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ONLINE VEGIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF VEGIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH VEGIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
